Elio Leoni Sceti is a board director of ABImbev, chairman of LSG Holdings (active in PE, wealth & legal services and real estate), and an active investor and board advisor in early stage technology companies (with 15-20 currently in portfolio).

Elio’s roles in non-profit include being a Trustee and Counsellor at One Young World, (the global forum of future leaders from over 190 countries), and an advisory board member at Room to Read (promoting literacy and gender equality in education in developing world).

Elio was CEO of Iglo group (Iglo, Birdseye and Findus) until June 2015, when he led the sale to Nomad Foods. Under Elio’s lead, Iglo launched an industry-wide campaign against Food Waste, as part of the Company’s new CSR agenda.

He was previously CEO of EMI Music, until 2010, and led EMI’s transformation from a traditional record label into a consumer-led and digitally connected music company.

Elio’s international career was previously built in marketing and leadership roles while at Procter & Gamble (5rs) and Reckitt Benckiser (16yrs), where he was EVP since 2001, as Global Head of Category Development & Innovation and as Head of Europe when he left in 2008.

Elio grew up in Rome, and is married to Maria, an American, having lived in 6 countries with their 4 children, each born in a different country.  They presently reside in the UK.

Marcello Bottoli is an Operating Partner at Advent International covering the retail and branded consumer sector globally. Marcello was previously President and CEO of Samsonite Corporation, where during his five year tenure he was responsible for the company’s financial turnaround, and successful sale. Prior to this, he was Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton Malletier.

Marcello also has extensive experience in home, personal care and OTC Pharma having worked 10 years for Benckiser and Reckitt Benckiser in different roles across Europe.


Marisa Drew

Marisa Drew is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse, based in London and is currently Co-Head of the Global Markets Solutions Group (GMSG) and Co-Head of the Leveraged Finance Origination and Restructuring Group (LFO&R). Marisa joined Credit Suisse in 2003 to start up the firm’s Leveraged Finance Origination Group in order to complement the already successful European Financial Sponsors coverage effort. Since that time, her group grew more than fivefold in size and had the leading market share in Europe.

Marisa has been in the investment banking business for over 25 years. Prior to joining Credit Suisse First Boston, she was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch for 11 years.


Andy Hornby

Andy Hornby is Chief Executive Officer at Gala Coral Group, one of the world’s biggest bookmakers. Prior to that, Andy was CEO of Alliance Boots, the world’s largest pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer with operations in more than 30 countries. During his tenure, the group enjoyed exceptionally strong growth in profit and cash flow and significantly expanded its geographical footprint. Before joining Alliance Boots, Andy was appointed CEO of HBOS in 2006 and was the architect of the merger with Lloyds TSB, which was completed on January 2009.

Andy has a degree from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated top of his class.

From 2007 – 2010 David led the Euros RSCG team advising David Cameron. David also created the Tck Tck Tck campaign for Kofi Annan for the 2009 Copenhagen Climate Summit and co-founded One Young World, a global forum for young future leaders.

David was inducted into the American Advertising Federation’s “Hall of Achievement” in 2005 and was voted one of the two top executives of the decade by readers of Adweek.

Ketty Pucci-Sisti Maisonrouge runs a consulting firm, KM&Co., specialising in Luxury Innovation. Since 2004 she has been an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School in New York teaching the Master Class “Marketing of Luxury Products”. Her extensive client list includes Chaumet, Christofle, Damiani, Hermès and Escada. Ketty is also a Board Member of J. Mendel, the luxury fur and evening wear brand, and two start-ups, Savelli and The StashBox.

Ketty was awarded the title of Chevalier de Legion D’Honneur by the French Government in 2009. Ketty has a Master’s degree in Political Sciences and Finance from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and a Master’s Degree in Law from La Sorbonne in Paris.
